Stroll Green Meadows Preserve
Taking a stroll or brisk walk through Green Meadows Preserve can revive the soul.
Nature abounds.
There's a perennial garden cared for by Cobb County Master Gardeners, a Cherokee Indian garden (on the Trail of Tears), public raised beds, a period Civil War house, meadow and woodland paths, beehives, and plentiful bluebirds amongst other wildlife.
You may even see a deer.
Several years ago our Marietta Daisies donated a dogwood tree planted near a bluebird house toward the back of the 112 acre park.
