HOSPITALITY INFORMATION

The monthly * Coordinator will assist in the menu selection with the help of her committee,(one week prior to the club meeting).
Day of, persons will bring assigned food/beverage items, arriving @ TBD by coordinator for morning set-up and will assist with take down/clean-up after meeting is adjourned.
***If you’re unable to serve in your assigned month, it is YOUR responsibility to find another member to swap with. Please advise the original Coordinator and the Hospitality Chair of your schedule change.
Please note that if you are the assigned Coordinator and you must be absent, a committee member must step-up and assume the role of Coordinator*.
The following month Coordinator will gather and store item boxes, trolley. They will be responsible for washing tablecloths and napkins used, making them ready for their months use.
Hospitality Reimbursement Form MUST BE GIVEN TO TREASURER WITH IN 30 DAYS OF MEETING FOR PAYMENT.

COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES:

As COVID-19 is still an ongoing concern, the Garden Center asks that each club make its own decisions regarding whether to meet in person, outside, not at all, or whether to wear masks. However, we encourage safe practices such as social distancing, hand sanitizer, and food served individually wrapped or served by one person, not buffet-style. Additionally, if anyone tests positive within four days after meeting at the Garden Center, please notify your club and the office immediately.

Please browse and contact the Hospitality Committee Chair in charge to obtain. She can also inform you of coffee supply situation, at the moment, since this changes.
